70 service members from military units and Special Forces divisions gathered together in the Novosibirsk region for qualification tests for the right to wear the Spetsnaz' (Special Forces') maroon beret took place at the Gorny (Mountain) Educational Center of the Ermak special forces unit in the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Siberian Regional Command for internal troops.
