In the outskirts of Noginsk (town situated in 68 km from Moscow), on 8 March Street, stands the splendid building of School № 10, which this year marks its 105th anniversary.

In 1908, not far from the Novotkatsky plant, the beautiful school building was constructed to give education to the children of textile workers.
